Led by Alexandra Hindson, a certified ADHD coach with over 12 years of experience and senior Yoga instructor leading personal development retreats and workshops for over 20 years, the program integrates personal insight, scientific and nutritional expertise, and proven mind-body practices.
Alexandra has supported hundreds of ADHD clients, drawing from both her professional background and her own journey. Her healing began during university after discovering the book 28 Days of Yoga—an experience that sparked lasting personal transformation and a lifelong mission to help others.
With a Master’s in Education focused on wellness, creativity, and mindfulness for ADHD learners, Alexandra brings an integrative, evidence-informed, and deeply personal approach to ADHD recovery.
